You CAN
- Use in a commercial game you sell or publish
- Use on any platform — Steam, itch.io, Epic Games Store, or your own launcher
- Modify components, colors, layouts, and variables freely
- Use across multiple projects without paying again
- Use within a team working on your project
- Ship without crediting Canisius UI (attribution is appreciated, not required)
- Use the assets in mockups, pitches, and presentations for your game

You CANNOT
- Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the Figma files — paid or free
- Repackage the collection as your own UI kit or design product
- Claim authorship of the original design system
- Share the files publicly — including in Discord servers, drive links, or asset repositories
- Use as a base for a competing UI kit product sold on any marketplace
In plain language: You bought it, you can use it to ship your game. You cannot turn around and sell or give away the files themselves. If you have a use case not covered here, email hello@canisius-ui.com before proceeding.
